1. No Exchange Policy

At Art4Craft Supply, we do not offer any exchange policy.
Once a product has been successfully delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be exchanged for another product, color, or variation. We strongly recommend checking product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your craft supplies to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged or broken during transit, or
  • The product received is defective or not functioning as described.

Conditions for Return:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • The customer must provide a complete unboxing video showing:
    • The parcel in sealed condition,
    • The entire opening process, and
    • The damaged or defective product clearly visible.
  • Without a proper opening video, no return or claim will be accepted.

If the video proof is not provided or appears tampered, edited, or incomplete, the return request will be automatically rejected.

3. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria:

  1. Contact us via our contact form or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, video proof, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review the case and confirm eligibility.
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to send the item back to our warehouse.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed.

Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Custom-made, cut-to-size, or made-to-order products.
  • Opened resin kits, pigment bottles, or chemicals (due to safety and hygiene reasons).
  • Any product reported after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched.
