How to Use ShineCast Crystal-Clear Resin 3A:1B mixing Ratio (1.2 KG) mixing Ratio

Step 1: Measure (3:1 Ratio)

Carefully measure 3 parts Resin (Part A) and 1 part Hardener (Part B) by weight using a digital weighing scale. Precise measurement is essential to ensure proper curing, strength, and a crystal-clear finish.

Step 2: Mix Thoroughly

Pour both components into a clean, dry mixing container. Stir slowly and evenly for 3–5 minutes, making sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the cup while mixing. Avoid fast stirring, as it may introduce air bubbles and affect the final result.

Step 3: Pour & Create

Once fully mixed, pour the resin into your mould or directly onto the prepared surface. Spread or guide the resin as needed using a stick or spreader. To achieve a bubble-free finish, gently pass a heat gun or torch over the surface to release trapped air.

Step 4: Cure & De-mould

Allow the resin to cure in a dust-free, level area at room temperature (ideal around 25°C). Depending on the thickness of the pour, curing typically takes 14–16 hours. Once fully hardened, carefully de-mould or handle your glossy, professional-quality creation.
